so i've been procrastinating getting up at 5a.m. to workout and have been doing it in the late afternoon. i did this on monday, wednesday,thursday, and today. tuesday was the only day i did a 5a.m. workout. the days i waited to do it in the afternoon i was an extreme bi*** all day!}( It was crazy. My whole attitude was terrible. I had no motivation, i felt groggy all day, and i even didn't want to watch what i ate. i usually take both saturday and sunday off and i find i'm more crabby on the weekends as well. do any of you ladies experience this?
