** I think I am going to do different wave cycles for the dl and the press. the press was hard, so I will go down tomorrow with weight and the dl was okay, so I will go up with weight tomorrow!

I hope everyone had a good week last week. Denver was nice. It was in the high 70's so no skiing for me, but I did manage to get out to the Rockies during some free time and hike a little.

Well, I had the flu for sure (the 24-hour fever, I guess - we've already had the piggy one) and am feeling much better now. The kids didn't get anything. Did I miss anything here?
We are going to the park today since it will be close to 70, and I will do some sort of workout when we get home. I am thinking... Muscle Endurance??? I am feeling nostalgic today.
Deanie, do you do headstands against the wall or without support? I think that's so cool!

I'm not sure what I'm doing tonight. We are expecting some weather from T.S. Ida. It's cloudy and windy right now. My sister is planning on coming over so it may be an indoor workout. I'm also suffering from some allergy/sinus thing. I've had it for a couple of days but I keep working out. Yesterday I ran 6 miles but I felt great. So we'll see.

Deanie ~ Great workout! A while ago, I got into doing handstands although they were against the wall. My sister and I would run to a park and do a workout there. We would practice our handstands against a Gazebo wall. We had some little kids come by and watch us a couple of time. They were probably thinking "look at those old ladies doing handstands!!"

This morning I did 1 pullup, 2&3/4 chinups, Lauren's 12 minute workout and pretzel and turned out thigh segments from Core Fusion Glutes & Thighs.
Upped my weights on 1-arm rows to 33# from 30# - 9 reps
For deadlifts, I used two 20# kbs instead of one 25#. I really have to get out my bbl again but didn't have time to put weights on this morning.
