Just wondering (for those of you doing BB) what results you are getting. I've been doing a 5 of 6 tapes a week (3rd week) and am getting great results.
I'm feeling nice and tight the next day and am seeing good muscle definition especially in my legs (which is my problem area).
Funny I didnt really have any particular goals weight (5 2, 112) generally size 2 or 3. Yesterday putting on my favorite jeans and they fit really well
Finding improved energy, tone, and the greatest is both my kids (teenagers) are working out with me - son for Supersets, push and pull daughter for step, jump pump, kick punch crunch and legs and glutes.
What results are you finding?
