Great Form Pointers!

Thank you so much for those form pointers! I have been mostly a home exercisor for 18 years, I love seeing the visual cues (which you always have great form) but, I need those verbal tips to tweak those moves. I personally feel that it is really easy to do the exercise but not really put my mind into the movement. This sometimes gives me poor form which equals not so great results. I need to pay attention to how I'm lifting. I had a little "aha" moment today after seeing you do the one arm row with your verbal tips. I have been using my bicep a little bit too much on this move. These little segments are very helpful! I'm a huge fan too, I have been "working out with you" since 1994 and will continue to purchase your videos because of the great quality and expertise. Thanks again!
 
I second that amazondotmom!!

After watching the form pointers on one arm vertical and horizontal rows last night, I finally "got it" and was able to really feel the correct muscles working today when I did my back workout.
