Hello Everyone!
I know it has been said before but I just wanted to say again what great customer service Cathe dot com has!! I am new to Cathe's work outs and did not know that when I placed my first order I would eventually have to have all of her DVD's (must be some sort of magic dust or something that places you in a trance, must--have--all, must--have--all}( }( ). I placed a preorder on Monday for two of the new Hardcore, then decided to place another preorder....since I was getting three, I decided I might as well get the whole darn set. I emailed Customer Service, and they said they would take care of it by the weekend for me. I just got my CC bill today, and they were true to their word!!
Kudos to such great service!!
