Hi ladies!

Just had to let you all know that I had an issue with a couple of dvds I ordered (the first dvd problem I've had in 4 1/2 years) and Nancy dealt with it quickly and it's oh so easy for me--she is sending me the new discs and all I have to do is put the damaged ones in an envelope and send them back!

Great customer service plus great workouts keep me spending my money here!!

Yes both Nancy and Bob are great. They are pretty quick on the email I must say.

I was a little concerned when I could not talk to someone over the phone, but my issue was solved over email!
