...but not the Troy. I had decided to order it, but then decided that the funds weren't available. So, I got a cheaper one. I think I got the same one that you did, Aimee, if you're reading this (which I know you are
)--Weider from Kmart, 100# set? Ok, then, a few comments and questions:
When any of you started using barbells, did you feel a lot of tension in your neck and shoulder area after the workout? I just did Leaner Legs (yummy!, but owie), and my neck feels so tense. It wasn't bad during the workout, just now that I'm done.
Also, during the workout, I think I need to adjust my grip, because the front of my shoulders feel uncomfortable if my grip is too wide. Anyone else have that?
Third, I felt like I was able to lift less weight with the barbell. Before, when I only had dumbells, I was able to use two 15# dumbells (equaling 30 #s) for some back exercises, but with the barbell I felt like 30#s was heavier. Maybe just me, or the day, or due to the fatigue I was feeling in my shoulders. Hmmm...
But, I am thrilled to have a barbell, and my legs are quaking from Leaner legs!!!
Bye
