Got Intensity Series today, YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOO-HOO!!! So excited about this! TOo bad too sore from Power Hour yesterday to try one - have to wait till tomorrow!!! I love having new Cathe workouts to try!!!

Gotta love your enthusiasm, that's wonderful!! I remember when I got this series, I had tons of assignments to do and some looming exams but threw my books down, laced up my sneakers and did Cardio and Weights and BootCamp back to back. This series is fabulous, you are in for a real sweaty treat!!!}(
Any ideas what you will start with? Let us know what you get up to this weekend, we'd love to know what you think of the workouts.

Actually, after rereading the descriptions (they always read differently once you have the videos and are planning to do them), I think I'm in need of some equipment! I can get a medicine and stability ball at Play It Again Sports, but do I need to get the small step straight from Cathe? I think I remember people saying that the Firm Fanny Lifter was not stable enough. Or is there some other modification that can be made so I don't have to wait?

Please tell to us what do you think about the intensity series.I absolutely love the intensity series. I prefer this than the body blast. I think the IS is the best workouts I have ever had.The music is awesome too. Cathe is going to use the music of the same company in the hardcore series. If I am sincere I think that is going to be not easy to cathe surpass the awesome workout she have done in the whole intensity series but if there is somebody who can do the best that person is cathe. In the leg presses of for example ME I use my funny lifter because I do not have the hight step.Enjoy your workouts.Have fun. :)

Future-
I think you can get by for a while without the medicine ball. Try the series for a while without it before buying. Use the money you would have spent on the med ball to buy the high step. As for the stability ball, don't forget to get burst resistant. Enjoy!

This series is great! I agree with nancy's post. I am going to start a rotation with this series in a couple of weeks. I was going to say have a blast but that's another series.
