I know there has been numerous complaints about GoodTimes & The Firm with deliveries. But I had an unbelieveable experience with GoodTimes. In the past I had never had problems with GoodTimes whenever I ordered an item from them. In March of this year I ordered The Firm Vitamins. I have used the vitamins in the past and I must admit they are excellent. And believe me I have tried a lot of different vitamins. Well, I ordered the vitamins and April rolled around and I had still not received them. I called GoodTimes and they said that the vitamins were sent out. I explained to them that my mailing address had changed to a P.O.B., they said the vitamins were sent out UPS and they could not resend the vitamins again for another 4 weeks. Well this went on from April to November. I was relentless, because I was already charged for them (made a mistake, I should have put them on a credit card and not my debit card). Finally I received the vitamins last Wednesday. Nine months, they definitely have a serious problem with delivery. I was thinking I should have ordered enough vitamins for at least 1 year. I am quite sure there are a lot of people who have experienced problems with GoodTimes.
