Hi all,
I have great news, a real answer to prayer, from Robin. Many of you are aware that she has been waiting for placement for her DS with Prader Willi Syndrome and the call came today. Space is now available in a home that specializes in the type of care he needs. Robin called me this evening and asked me to please let you all know and to thank you for the prayers and positive vibes that you have offered for her and her family. (Robin lives in a cave and does not have access to the internet at home, but we're working on that, aren't we, Robin--lol!). This is such a blessing because they were in danger of losing their funding if they didn't find a place soon.
I just have to say that, first of all, I was shocked to get a call from Robin because I have never had the opportunity to actually speak to anyone from the forums. Let me assure you that she is just as delightful over the phone as she is in her posts and I was honored that she chose me to deliver her news.
