Good News for the New Year

Hello Cathe.
From doing your workouts, I've noticed a significant improvement in my fitness level. In addition, I have defination now in my arms, shoulders, legs, and upper abs plus my lower abs have shrunk.
My co-workers are just amazed on how I look.
The only workout videos I do are yours cause yours brings results. During the Holidays, I backed off enough for some recovery but now it's full steam ahead and having lots of fun.
My goal, before Spring, to do CF. Right now, it would be Cardio (con)Fusion for me.

Hi Jennifer-remember me- I'm in Mi too- I think we "talked" about skiing- good to hear that your doing well with cathe-which workouts are you doing?- I've been doing her Gym Styles for 2 months now and I love them-talk to you later--deb
