<---tried to call and email the Dr or nurse on Friday and the usually wonderful-to-respond medical people there did not respond to 3 calls/messages
<---is aboot to get on the elliptical for 30 mins and will then follow up with a step/weight circuit of some sort, haven't decided

<--- lives in a very bad place for shopping and has limited selection to choose from

<--- also has a hard time with fit due to high arches, high instep, and oddly long toes
