Awww, thank you so much! That means a lot! I am ready mentally for it, I know my routines and all, just hope the ole leg cooperates too. Thank you for thinking of me. How are you doing? Has the swelling gone down yet? Keep me posted. Wishing you the best and praying for you too.

Hi Clare!

It went very well. I am sitting here and no aches!!! I walked thru the routines as I am nowhere near the "jumping" stage yet. I looong to be there though! :-( I cannot begin to describe my withdrawal from Imax2. Thank you so much for asking and caring. I'll keep you posted as I go along. And... how are YOU?

Way to go Debbie!

From someone who can't yet do IMAX2 I can say to you what DH says to me...every step is one step closer :)

Hugs,

RE: Hi Clare!

Great Debbie! Keep it there, slowly but surely, you know what to do. I'm doing just fine, geting stronger with those weights all the time. Lower body has nearly recuperated its former strength, upper body lags behind, but that's a tough area for me generally. I'm exhausted though, need to finish the semester and get student papers' grading out of here! Still, hubby has taken kids to new Mexico to hike and camp for Spring break, so I can't complain! I get to workout when I want and as often as I want without feeling guilty that I should be making someone's dinner!!!!!

Clare ;-)

That's great Debbie. Definitely ease into it. I can't wait to get back to working out and it is only two weeks tomorrow. My swelling is going down. I still have some though, and for some reason my foot is staying puffed up. I am waiting for this to clear up before I try starting anything. I had the family for Easter dinner and think I spent way to much time standing. The guys all peeled the potatoes and took care of the deviled eggs for me. I baked a ham and they cut it. Everyone bought other food items. We had 15 people here for dinner. Lots of fun though. Thanks for thinking of me.
