Good cardio idea..

I went out to eat last night and indulged more than just a little (ie. wine, dessert, the works :)). It was all delicious and a rare occurance so no regrets! To combat a little of the damage, I wanted to get in some good cardio this morning:

-HC #3, without the leg condition drills, followed by the cardio of 10-10-10. It was an intense, but fun, 75 minute cardio workout.

Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately, I'm about 5lbs heavier than when the picture was taken. It's my goal to get back to where I was. I finished the workout about an hour ago, and the hunger is starting to kick in! That's the problem with intense workouts---I end up feeling hungry the rest of the day. Can't win! :p

a little protien might help that hunger. i usually have a moderate meal of protien and some veggies after a hard workout and just a small snack like yogurt after lighter workouts.
