I went out to eat last night and indulged more than just a little (ie. wine, dessert, the works
). It was all delicious and a rare occurance so no regrets! To combat a little of the damage, I wanted to get in some good cardio this morning:
-HC #3, without the leg condition drills, followed by the cardio of 10-10-10. It was an intense, but fun, 75 minute cardio workout.
