<--got back home from 3 hr procedure (usually only takes 30 min!) to find a phone message from hospital saying that we have to go back to have more blood drawn!
<--DH just had blood drawn yesterday, I guess it wasn't enough and the lab only notified the radiology crew that they needed blood also today AFTER we had already left
<--what's so frustrating is that DH and <--sat there for 30 min waiting to be told we could leave!
<--is SO no schlepping DH *back* to said hospital tonight, especially since DH has strict orders to lay flat on back for minimun of 6 hrs!
<--needs a glass of wine!
<--no, to answer Megsadoodle, <--didn't go out to dinner, had lasagna planned anyway! YUM!

<--so, no Weight Watcher's meeting, either, tonight
<--no so heartbroken about that, is feeling rather fatigued and knew would never make it though Low Max, either.

<--lots of hugs and prayers for Megsadoo and being the strict mommy < knows she can be!

<--LOL that 'clean' is 'stinky' for the GA boys!
 
<---dusts and vacuums out the hidey hole
<---changes the sheets, dims the lights, puts on quiet "space" music and tells Michele to lay down and close her eyes till that nasty old migraine is gone
<---uncorks the wine of Amy's choice and pulls up a nice comfy chair for her to relax in after today's medical chores
<---applauds Maeghan's new outlook on parenting
<---wants Melody to put some of that stinky smell in a can and send it northward so <---can spray it on the stinky cat carpet
<---finally got home after 1 1/2 OT and grocery shopping
<---can feel a UTI cooking and called Dr's office who said they would call in a presciption - when <---stopped at drug store, they hadn't - bought some cranberry juice
<---now back aches
<---hates the first day back from vacation
<---thinks it is like 200 Mondays all rolled into one
 
<--thanks Robin for the wine, had to laugh, <--just got a 6 bottle shipment today before leaving for the hospital!
<--may just have to try some!
<--carefully scoots Michele over in the Hidey Hole crashing site of choice and tucks Robin in with her Bactrim, Motrin, Heating pad, and Cranberry juice (gallons of it!)
<--offers some of the wine to mix into the cranberry juice if so desired!
<--has said for years that everyone needs a vacation from the vacation!
<--DH very smartly booked us to come back from Chicago next month 2 days before <--has to go back to work just for that reason!
 
<---tells Amy <---had originally planned extra day to recoop from vacation, but when co-worker had to quit and another was going to Colorado for the week, had to cut own vacation short by a day
