Hi all,
On Friday I leave for Puerto Rico!! 2003 was a rough year for me as I placed my mom (with alzheimers) in a nursing home and also had major surgery. And, as you east coasters know, this winter has been brutal. My job has also been unusually crazy. I've been working out like crazy lately and have decided that although the hotel has a fitness room and our room has a VCR and DVD player, I have decided to take the week off from Cathe, etc. I just feel burned out with everything. So, my cardio will consist of long walks on the beach, hiking through a rain forest, walking tour of San Juan. I might lift weights a couple of times - we'll see. Looking very forward to the food too!! Some great restaurants there.
If anyone else has a similar vacation planned, please share.
