Check out this new website to help with the new food pyramid. You can track your physical activity and nutrients for the day, and have it customized for your height and weight. It's free too! I actually like it better than FitDay.com. The physical activity assessment tool is very nice. I think you ladies will dig it.

What's interesting is that the USDA has had this online tool for several years, but it was never publicized, so not many people knew about it. I have been using this tool on-and-off for about 4 years now, and it is really neat. The exercise tracking is a new feature - pretty cool!
