Is there a excersise that I can do to concentrate on those two areas, I have gym style legs once a week and do some combos on legs during the week, I can not get that hanging butt of mine to come off the back of my legs. I do eat healthy and excersise regularly. I need a focus point on that area, the rest of my body seems to be pretty lean and muscular.
