Gin Millers Ramp - Need Opinions

Does anyone have the Ramp and the videos? Is it worthwhile to buy? I am wondering. Since I need all the help with the lower half. Would love to hear any comments.

Thanks

I received the RAMP about one week ago. It comes with four videos. One can set up the RAMP at two different incline levels. Thus far, I have tried 3 of the fours videos with the less steep, easier incline. The first one is a "cardio" workout but it's purpose is to teach you the basic steps of ramping. It is VERY easy (and I don't think changing the RAMP to the higher incline would make that much difference). Then there is the cardio challenge video. I thought that one was fun. It didn't have me breathing heavily but I did sweat alot. I'm going to try it again today with the RAMP at the higher incline level. The sculpting video was OK, but I need to try it at the higher incline also, as I wasn't sore at all after completing the workout (I enjoyed it, though). I have not yet tried the Abs video. If you are interested, I'll let you know what happens when I redo the first three at the higher incline.

I will say that ramping is easy on the knees. That's why I wanted to give it a try in the first place.

If you are able to do Cathe, do NOT buy the Ramp. I bought the whole package and was very disappointed with how beginner level they are. I am a solid intermediate, don't even consider myself an advanced and these were still too easy.

JMHO, HTH! :)
