Hi all - Just wanted to put in a plug for Gin's new step workout. Did it last nite. I really liked it. It's a solid 50 minute workout not including warm-up/cooldown. It's simple to follow. I hopped and leaped through the whole thing. I was sweating buckets. Gin's a little goofy at times, but I love her so it doesn't bother me. I recommend this workout!
