<--oh, Michele, <--still drooling at your dinner for last night
<--made "italian" is the only way to explain it
<--browned a little super lean ground beef (97%), added mushrooms, zucchini, artichoke hearts, fresh basil, thyme, and oregaon, onions, garlic, italian parsley, diced tomatoes, and a touch of Rioja wine. Saute'd them together and poured over Barilla plus pasta. Side was fresh fruit salad with chopped mint. Plenty of left overs for the weekend at work!
