I just saw this posted. So sad to relate that Gilad died at age 71:

We are devastated and shocked to announce the sudden passing of our beloved brother, friend, and inspiration to so many, Gilad Janklowicz.

I agree. I remember after Cathe's KPC, I wanted more so I bought his QuickFit series for the kickbox/cardio workouts on VHS; then years later after wearing them out, I upgraded to the dvds. Still do them occasionally. Gosh. I think we still have some of his step workouts on VHS. And some conditioning on both VHS & dvd.

He helped get my chubby teenage rear end in shape back in the 80s with his TV show. Did it every day it was on in the summer.
