Gift Certificates - what am I doing wrong?

Can you not add these to your wish list? Everytime I try to do it I get taken to the screen asking how I'd like to send my certificate? I'm not looking to purchase for someone else - I want to selfishly add it to my wish list. Anyone else have this difficulty?

I don't think you can do this since Gift Certicates are not a product. You can get them in amount you like though.
