I just bought 3 new DVD's from Amazon with Tanja Djelevic. I know that there are so many posts here where I've been exposed to instructors and health products I've never heard of and have really appreciated it so I thought I'd share.
I like this instructor. She's funny, sweet, not corny and has a really cool swedish accent. I also think she has great form. The workouts are effective and fun but not Cathe hard, just a nice change for me. If you want them to be advanced I've just added weights and it makes such a huge difference. I love the filming production and location. I have no idea where it is filmed but it does make me want to be there. Oh and the music is not that bad either. Oh and Dezzie from STS is in them too.
