Getting Worried...

I ordered the new DVDs back in August '06. I have yet to hear anything about when I'll be getting mine :-( My order doesn't show in my account either. I see that there are people that ordered theirs this past Sept '06 and they will be receiving theirs today or tomorrow. What's the deal? I'm just a little worried that all these people know when they will be getting their DVDs and I have no clue:-(

Becky, don't worry. As long as you know you ordered, they will get to you. I had no idea of my order number nor had any remaining info on me...so I had nothing to go by except I knew I preordered. Low and behold they made it yesterday. Just keep checking the UPS tracking site and it will tell you. They are trying to finish up this week. No worries!

Becky, I think the people getting their orders were from '05, not '06.

ETA - just saw the other post about Aug 06 orders. WOW! They are moving them out fast. I still say try to hang in there! They're coming!!!
 
Hi Becky--

I'm in the same boat (or at the back of the line) with ya. I ordered in early September '06. I know I preordered, and I ordered another DVD at the same time which arrived in just a few days, so I'm certain the order was received. I have received no notice, nothing shows up on my account (except for the other DVD), and I paid with a money order so have no way to check my records. BUT I am confident that I will hear something soon, or that they will simply arrive at my doorstep. I think they're trying to get them all shipped out by tomorrow, so give it another day. In the meantime, relax and join the party at the end of the line. There are still a few of us here. :) :)

All preorders are supposed to ship by tomorrow. You should get your confirmation soon, I got mine yesterday and I ordered on 8/17/06.
