Getting out of the rut - Thursday

It was late yesterday when I finished Butts and Guts but I did the whole thing. Let me tell you I am feelin' it!!! I substituted 10lb weights instead of the 5lbs she used. Sitting down is a little rough today.

I ended up having to take one of the kids to the doctor yesterday and so I didn't get to workout until after dinner. I had a hard time going to sleep last night. I am tired today!!

But I am doing much better on my eating. I am eating lunch out today but plan on having subway so it will not do any damage. Tonight it's chicken for dinner!!

Hi!

Today is a very lazy day, I did S&H biceps and triceps and no cardio.

I was supposed to cut the grass but I didn't feel like it so instead I'm cleaning our bedroom. Guess I'll have to do it tomorrow for sure or else it'll be a jungle!!! I totally dislike cutting the grass, edging and trimming it has to be done 2x's a week because we mulch.

Oh well, eating has been good though and so has water.
