GETTING IT DONE - WEEK OF 1/16 - 1/22/12

Good morning!

Today's a well earned rest day. Might stretch or do yoga, but keeping it low key.

All the snow will be melting, temps are headed near 40 by the end of the day, which will be making it a sloppy mess out there. I should get the dog out soon for a walk while it's all still frozen. And still work on laundry, cleaning and groceries. Both kids have finals this week, so there will be quite a bit of studying going on, too.

Heidi - Did you figure out what to do yet? For today? For the week?

Belinda - How are your muscles feeling today, after all the work you've been doing?

Sherry: your day sounds like mine with house chores to do. :)

More laundry to do and I just came back from the store.
Time to get in a 20min walk on the TM, 20min on the bike, abs and a good stretch before doing the Pt exercises. After I will stretch again. ;)

Ok done! I did itread walking intervals #21. fastest pace I dared was 3.7. Hill to 5%. ;)
I did my stretches and then PT exercises followed by stretch Max #3 with the band.

FELT GREAT!
