Never got a workout in yesterday. We started painting the bathroom in the basement instead:rolleyes:

Heidi - good job with BH yesterday. Need to pull that one out one of those day's:rolleyes: I have way to many wo dads. Thanks for the link, I will check it out.

So my plan for today is a run. That should help loosen up the legs a bit.

Hi girls,

Yesterday ended up being a rest day It was Alesia's fault We went shopping and went out for lunch. Alesia decided to stay with us for a few day's. We had a nice dinner and wine We painted the bathroom in a light gray. I am on a gray kick these day's

Yesterday Aleisa and I went to Target...I got Tapout XT for $14 I know, I said I am not gonna buy anymore workout dvds...but for that price I couldn't pass it up.

Today I did STS M2 W1 D13 CST and Jessica Smith (she started another challenge yesterday) Day #1 New cardio ball Blast and Day #2: Barefoot Fusion Walk.

Tomorrow I will do STS M2 D14 legs and JM KB workout.

Heidi - good job keeping up with your workouts. How are your legs today? did you get that run in? I was lazy yesterday. My stomach is still not 100%. The meds seem to help.

Sherry - how are you doing? Miss you.

Just got done with Jessica's Lower Ab Circuit (that was tough)= 19 min and Low Impact HiiT = 9 min.

Been super crazy week for me. Sorry I have been MIA lately.

Catch up on house stuff today. Tomorrow I hope to get in a run. I did my 3 days of the an challenge this week. At least I met that goal! Lol!

Today I ended up doing a 4 hour hike with my DH. :)

It wiped him out and he slept until 7! Lol! I could have kept going too. Love that trail system in Essex MA.

Tomorrows plan is low max 4-7. Then my AB challenge. If I have time I may add on a Zropes w/o.

Sherry: how is everything going with you? I hope everyone is doing ok.
