Mix of bike for about 12 then weights then back to bike etc Total time: 1:05

No workout yesterday due to an appt. early for my Mom and errands plus work. Very busy day.

Trying to decide on what to do today...Its dark here and overcast. Looks like rain which makes me tired and want to climb back under the covers. OI!

After my coffee I will do: SBF Adv. UB+Core=12 min + Stopwatch Planks (UB+Core)= 15 min.

Heidi - I would be sweating buckets too, doing a workout like you did yesterday:p High fives, girl! My UB is doing better, not so sore anymore.

Busy work day for me. Just a brisk 3.52 mile hilly walk just now. Boy is it muggy out!
Temps are only in the low 70's but it is 80% humidity! YUCK!

Belinda: How was your workout today? :) I am a little sore all over from yesterday. So strange how the UFC Fit workouts get me. I am not even using heavy weights for this...

Hi all!

Mon - rest day

Tues - DD's CC meet - got home late, and was just hungry

Wed - pouring rain = long commute = exhaustion

Thurs - WO, FINALLY! 2 mile run plus dog walks for wu and cd. And stretch of course. Wonderfully cool outside, so felt great.

Now, frantically getting things done so I can head out of down for the weekend to attend my uncle's funeral. I'm supposed to be on week 2 of STS, but looks like that's gonna be next week.

Belinda - I'd have to paint it all, too. The not matching would literally drive me crazy.

Heidi - Man, when you do a wo, you really do a sweatfest! High Fives!

Gotta run . . . well, walk fast. Lots to do before I leave in the morning. Taking my running shoes to help keep me sane. Hope you had a good one.

This morning was cycle max. I DID THE WHOLE THING! Great bike workout.

The rest of this day is housework and picking our peaches and other garden stuff.

Later might be going to a Pig Roast with friends. Depending on weather...looks kinda like rain right now. :/

Hey girls,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. DH and I went to Hershey Park, PA They having an huge RV/Boat show. DH and I couldn't find/liked anything in our price range I liked everything $480.000 and up We came close, loved the living area but couldn't stand the restroom. The shower was tiny and the kitchen didn't had enough storage I guess, we gonna keep our RV until it doesn't drive anymore Yesterday I did SBF interval 5 = 25 min and Stopwatch Planks = 15 min. That one is a killer Today I did SBF Adv. UB + Core = 12 min + Vintage Sleek Sexy Shoulders = 10 min.

We just came home and I am tired. I will catch up on personals tomorrow. I promise. Have a great evening.

Looks like nobody checked in yesterday, lol. Yesterday I did SBF Adv. Bare Fire 3 = 35 min + PiYo Define: LB = 21 min.

Today I will do SBF Deep Core 2 = 20 min + Active Stretch = 15 min.
Maybe PiYo UB?

Good morning!

Made it back home Sunday night. Exhasuting weekend, and no wo's after Friday mornings. And the eating was way off!

Yesterday - after work caught up on the things I didn't get done on the weekend, plus rain so no dog walk.

Today - Open House up at the high school, so hoping to get home in time to walk the dog before we head up there.

Tomorrow - back on track. Think about redoing W1 of STS since I'm just starting. Still gets me done by the end of the year, just in time for the new series.

Heidi - High five for doing all fo CycleMax! Did you get to the pig roast?

Belinda - Too funny about the RV's and your tastes - only the expensive ones, huh? Do they come with a large enought wo area? Enjoy your wo's today. Did you decide what rotation to follow next?

Good afternoon,

I finally got my workouts in:D I was cleaning my house this morning. My son's fiancé parents are coming to visit us on Sunday:D

I just did PiYo: Define UB = 19 min + SBF Deep Core 2 = 20 min + Active Stretch = 15 min.

Sherry - the RV we looked at came with a huge space to workout, it was in the living room. The bathroom was tiny:( I will continue with SBF rotations plus I will add Cathe's weight workouts? I don't know if I want to do circuits or weight workouts? Haven't decided:eek: Or maybe do a 1 body part a day? I need to look at Xtrain and see how I can incorporate them into SBF? I am also thinking doing STS again:eek::D But I know, I should give my body more rest;) My head is spinning:eek:

Hey! Finally a check in!

Today was a Studio Sweat bike workout which included abs. AWESOME! Bike says I burned 855 cals.! 13.58 miles.

No workouts last couple of days. Too much going on. Sunday a visit to my Aunts. Monday long work day. I did manage a short bike workout. Just not up to much.
Tues. I had to take my Mom to the Doc. Then work. Had a headache by the end of the day. I squeezed in a challenge of 25 sit ups and 25 push-ups on my toes. That's it.

Feeling much better today!

Sherry: You must have been exhausted from the driving and stress of the weekend. Hope all went well and sorry for your family's loss.

I didn't make it to the Pig Roast. It was cold, overcast and raining off and on...not worth getting sick.

Belinda: The RV sounds great! I would rather have workout space and space to move than a large bathroom you really don't spend a lot of time in anyway. ;)

Good evening,

I forgot to tell you guys I broke my tooth last night again the same one I broke a few month ago I had one bite from DH's ice creme. It was Ben & Jerry with the peanut butter cups ONE BITE I knew ice creme isn't good for me I went to my dentist and he put a crown in, which took a few hours. Didn't feel a thing Didn't even noticed I was bitting my tongue instead of the paper they want you to bite one Oh boy, once the meds worn off I was in a lot of pain 3 hours later I couldn't workout or do anything I know, I will not eat any ice cream for awhile

Workout is done!


Heidi - I didn't care about the small bathroom, but DH with his hip would have problems getting in and out of the shower. Work out when you can. Don't beat yourself up if you miss a few day's.
