Getting it done for MAY!

Morning Belinda, Sherry and Karen! :)

Well my plan for LIS Css yesterday was a bust...just too exhausted from day 2 of no sleep.
I ended up doing house cleaning, laundry and cooking. Guess that's enough....

Today I plan on LIS Tri Upper.

Sherry: Nice job on your workout inbetween everything else! I like your plan and sounds more manageable considering all the running around you do. :) Keep up with the stretching. :) Too funny on that knee bone connected to the hip bone!

Belinda/Sherry: I am finishing up Jan. 2012 STS/LIS rotation. :) FINALLY THIS IS THE LAST WEEK! Next week I start my JM rotation.

Belinda: WOW! They have your DH doing 2 miles already? Well good for him if he is doing ok with it. :) Nice job on your BH yoga..did you like it? I have it and let my DD borrow it. She enjoyed it but could only do 30min for the first time around. I did the same... ;)

Argh! Oh Belinda..just what you didn't need right now was a cold with your sinus issues. Get well soon!

Karen: Awesome job getting it done early! :) I have to laugh about the DVD's..I have way too many also. I haven't heard of that program so I am going to block my ears and eyes from it. LOL!

Happy Friday Everyone!

I am doing the happy dance right now as I just finished all of my work for spring semester.... yay! Ok...enough of that...

This morning I did Mindy Mylrea's Short and Sweet: threshold ladder cycle workout + Cathes Hiit 30/30 (umm, my legs felt like jello after the cycle, not the smartest thing I did today) + Ab circuits no equipment abs.

Its a beautiful day outside today and now that I'm "free" I think I will go out and enjoy it by doing some yard work. HOpefully the spiders aren't out...

Heidi: Why are you having issues sleeping? My DH works third and has issues sleeping...I got him some valarian root (sp?) - its supposed to help relax you. Seems to work. He found some Bob Marley drink at the grocery store as well that has valarian root in it - called Mellow Mood I believe. Looks like a energy drink, but just the opposite. I hope you can get some sleep tonight. Its annoying when your mind just keeps going, and going as you lay there screaming "go to sleep!". :(

Sherry: That is awesome that you got in all of those workouts while doing/waiting for something else. Talk about commitment! You are an inspiration! Do you have the weekend "off" from running around? Don't forget Sunday is all about YOU! :)

Belinda: Enjoy your rest day! I'm glad to hear your husband is doing so well so soon. I am sure the dogs are too. :) I have not pre-ordered Cathes latest dvd's but it is on my list for this weekend. :)

Good morning!

Time got away from me yesterday and I didn't get my run in, so getting ready for that here shortly. Want to get out there before the rain! Also, get it in early so I can run tomorrow night, too, and be caught up on my runs for the week.

Also, heading out for DD's soccer game this afternoon, which I hope happens 'cause there are thunderstorms on the radar, and the game is an hour away!

Karen - Yay, you are done with classes! Great wo's to celebrate! How was the yard work? Ours needs some TLC, but that will have to wait. If it keeps raining on weekends, may wait even longer.

Heidi - How are the DOMS today? Amazing how the laundry, cleaning and cooking can take up so much time, isn't it!

Belinda - How are both you ad DH doing?

Now to grab a bit more to eat, and get ready to run! Make it a good one!

Yesterday ended up beeing a rest day afterall. Oh well! Had to run lots of errands. Today I will Bob's Workout. DH is doing fine, he gets frustrated because he can't sleep at night. He has to lay on this back w/ his feet apart (he can't cross them!). He wants to turn around on this side, but he can't. Poor, guy! He has a foam between his legs from keeping him still. He has to lay on this back, must be hard.

Heidi - good job on your DOMS! How do you like TriSets UB? Congrats on finishing up your STS/LIS rotation. I will do a JM rotation next. Loving BH workouts so far. BTW, the first 30 min of Bob's yoga are the hardest...it's fun. Hope you get some sleep. I am sleeping like a baby.

Sherry - hope you don't get cought in the rain. Have fun catching up with your runs. I need to get some in next week.

Karen - WOOH HOO!!! Congratulations. Now it's time to relax. Good job, on your workout. Enjoy your time off!

Got my run in yesterday morning, about 3.5 miles. Want to do another one this afternoon, hopefully on the trail. Looks like rain is finally gone, so maybe won't be too bad.

Belinda - Do you have a favorite BH workout yet? Poor DH - I'm sure it will get better, but much slower than he wants.

I went out yesterday to visit with my Mom. I did get in a TM run with R 1.0.

Belinda: oh that is rough for your dh trying to sleep for sure. :(

I did the yoga all the way through the 2nd time and your right it is easier after the first 30min. ;) I gave it to my dd to try and she only made it to 30. ;) she will keep it for another week to try again.
When are you starting JM? I start tomorrow with killer buns. I will do 30d shred as well.

My sleep it lack off is just from either being over tired or my headaches wake me up. Of course dh doesn't help with snoring. He snores if he drinks wine right before bed. Argh!

Hi Belinda: I have made up my own JM rotation using the w/o's I currently have. JM's site doesn't have rotations like Cathe. ;)

Tomorrow I start with killer buns and then 30 day shred.
