Good morning,

I never got a workout in yesterday:mad: just to much going on:rolleyes: Today and tomorrow we have the movers here. Glad when everything is over. We will stay until the end of this week (Friday??), than we drive to DC. We are also taking DS with us, our RV is packed tight:eek:

I am so overwelmed with 2 moves, but the bright sight is, it's almost over.

I will the GS's this week.

Off to have my coffee than get a workout in before the movers are coming.

Belinda: Have a great workout! :) I wish you the best in your move. I can just imagine how stressful this has all been for you. Boy you are going to need a big vacation break after all of it! :)
OH! How are your sinuses doing? Are you feeling better?

Sherry: How are things with you today? How's your DD feeling after yesterdays run?
I hear ya on the rain...YUCK! It will be raining here all week!

Just finished STS Disc 13 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Nice workout and boy do I need some adjustments on the weights! I can really go heavier on all because it is at such a slow pace and less reps than Meso 1. Although maybe I should wait to see how I feel tomorrow! LOL! ;)
I also did Med Ball Abs with only 4#'s. My back is feeling better seeing as I am sleeping on the floor. ;) I find this works for me...weird I know.

My sinus are still bordering me:rolleyes: You are right, about a nice vacation, I need one soon. Thank goodness, tomorrow it's over:D I am ready for a nice break.

GS Chest & Triceps are done. Had an awesome workout. My disc went stop constanly, not sure why?

Just back from picking up my son for a visit.

This morning I attempted BM2 premix #6. got confused and did about 28min...
Went on to Runervals 1.0 and then the stretch from BM2.

Belinda: Glad you got your workout in yesterday! Talk to you when things settle down a bit with all the moving and such. :)

Sherry: How are you doing today? What are your plans? :) Hope all is well.

Hi ladies!

Yesterday was DS's 15th birthday, so didn't quite figure out how to get a workout in.

Today I finally did an iTrain - #1 for 20 minutes. That about did me in! I'm somewhere between her definition of a walker and a jogger, couldn't quite keep up the jogging at her pace the whole time. But I will say, she is very motivating and I think I'll get more.


Belinda - You will be soooo happy when the moving is done! I can't imagine all the stuff as well as the additional person in that RV. Talk about together time! Do enjoy the journey!

Heidi - Runervals? I'm just getting into iTrain's. I can't keep up with you. Been awhile since I've done BM2, so I'd probably get confused, too.

Enjoy your time with your sons! Daughters, too!
