Yesterday I did TJ/Leaner Legs & abs.


Sherry - legs are fine. Trying to go through all my dvds.Have fun walking the dogs.

Hard Strikes (no conditioning timesaver) already done! I have 1# weighted gloves that I used with it - really kicked up the burn!

Belinda - Nice job on your double wo! Yeah, I should probably try to work through all my DVD's, too, but right now I'll be doing XTrain and running - it's finally getting nice outside. I love all the shorter premixes in the XTrain series.

Heidi - What are your plans?

Off work today, but lots of running around to do. Have a good one!

Today was LIS tri upper. Feeling it already! I hope to get in a run later.

Yesterday was a bust for my w/o plans because of headache.

Will be visiting with my brother for the holiday, so not sure I'll get a chance to check-in.

Friday was a rest day. Yesterday went for a long wake, I also did TJ /CT x shoulders.

Great job on your workout Saturday! I hear ya on the being busy. We are fixing up the porch entrance way with new flooring.

Today may be just a rest day due to lots of work to get done in and around the house.

What you have you girls been up to this week? :)

Just finished a 30 min bike workout and STS Disc 4 for chest, shoulders and biceps.

Yesterday was yard work and a 2 mile interval hilly walking workout on theTM. After 2 hours of yard work my biceps felt as though they were going to pop! Took some advil and felt better later. Just weird how that really got me!
