GETTING IT DONE FOR MARCH!!

Hey Heidi,

Besides Cathe's DVDs (I have them all), I have over 200 dvds:rolleyes: Have not counted all of Cathe's and Insanity, Brazil Butt lift, P90X, Turbo Jam and Zumba from Beachbody. Oh I forget I am sure I forgort some. need to count them this week. Then I can give you an exact number:eek: DH's eye's popped out once he saw them all today. He didn't had a clue how many I actually have:p Well, neither did I:confused::eek: I am a little overwelmed with Xtrain, although I like having so many workout dvds. I think it's too many:( What do you think?

I did Turbo Jam = 20 min and Turbo abs = 20 min.

Good evening!

Made it back home. So where I was in Indiana, we got 6" overnight, but 20 " south, they got 11". Unfortunately, that's where most of the people live who work at the plant I was going to, so the morning was kind of slow until the roads were plowed and they could start getting in. Funny, but it went completely south of Michigan, and didn't get a flake at home.

However, I'm not sure what I ate yesterday, but my tummy was giving me problems this morning, so no wo early, and all day, so no wo tonight. Figure one day without a wo is ok, since I've pretty much been kicking butt lately. Hope this goes away quickly.

Belinda - Wow! That's a lot of DVD's! But you enjoy then and do them, so that's what it's all about! Great job on your wo's today! I want sunshine, too! So tired of these gray cloudy skies.

Heidi - Yep, morning wo's are helping to make my days, but sometimes the 5:00 alarm is a killer. How much snow hit your way? Sounds like you were getting dumped on.

Hi all!

Still having some tummy problems - nothing real bad but just irritating and uncomortable, so no wo yesterday or this a.m. Hoping it goes away, like now!

Belinda - How'd you like Burn Sets? Do you have all your DVD's organized? What have you come up with for your creative rotation mixing in all of them?

Heidi - I'm sure TB got your legs/glutes a good burn - always does mine.

Quick check in:D I just finished Amy Bento Kickbox Xtreme + abs= 80 min. That was a fun workout:)!

Sherry - hope you feel better soon! I like this type of workouts like Burn Set. I done this kind of workouts before, so it wasn't really new to me. I felt my muscles this morning:eek:

Another rest day today - yesterday, too - but think I'm finally over whatever it was. Getting ready for bed so I can wake up early to hit it, which will not be fun due to daylight savings.

DH is getting into the Paleo Diet, so looks like we'll be eating lots more veggies and not as much pasta/bread. That will probably be good for me. Glad he's getting on board.

Belinda - Hope that cramp is gone my now! Sounds like it was a great wo.

Heidi - What did you do today?

Yesterday DH and I took a nice, long walk with the dogs.

Sherry - glad you starting to feel better. How much bread, pasta and meat do you eat on the Paleo Diet?

Morning ladies,

I never got my workout in yesterday, was too tired after cleaning out my workout room. Wednesday I need to go to the German Consulat in DC. I need to renew my passport. It's such a pain. I need passport pictures, the only place that does the German passport pic is near the Empassy in DC, WTH? Tonight I have to drive to DC and get those pic done. Will stay with Aleisa until tomorrow. I am also getting m hair done in DC tomorrow, after my appointment at the German Consulate:p. Wished I could get my hear done before the pic:confused: Oh well! That's what I get for not getting it done sooner:eek:

The time change is killing me! No wo yesterday morn - just couldn't do it that early. Did get Insanity Fast & Furious as well as a dog walk last night. No wo this a.m., so will have to squeeze it in tonight, too. Kids are back in spring sports, so i really need the morning wo's. Maybe by tomorrow I'll get it?

Paleo - still understanding it - but lots of fruits, veggies and nuts, some meat, not a lot of grains.

Belinda - That won't be fun, driving back and forth. Too bad you don't have options closer to your home. I know what you mean about hair appointments - I always seem to notice I need to go in and then have to wait to get an appointment - usually driving crazy during that time.

Heidi - What do you have going on today?

I did Cross Fire a while ago, I had to skip the Pho Tabata. My foot started to cramp up with all that jumping:confused:.

Today I did GS standing legs only. That got my legs shaking by the end! LOL!

Fri: GS back, shoulders and biceps
Sat: I will do Runervals 4.0 The Hill Climber w/o :)

Hey Belinda: Awesome job on your CF workout! That one is tough for sure! Good plan to skip the jumps.

Not much else to report other than long workout days. Just trying to get through each day and hope that I can get in my workouts as planned. It has been pretty rough lately and my calendar shows it. (that and my scale creeping up again!)

Just finished my planned workout for today:
GS chest and tri. Oh wow! I felt that for sure and will be feeling it later too! LOL!
I did a 25min cycle workout for my cardio too.

Now off to shower and work.

Belinda and Sherry what are your plans for today? :)

Morning all!

Frustrated - can't get our schedules to work for me. DS has track practice right after school 'til 4:30, but DD has soccer 5:30-7:30. I get home before DH, so I get to shuttle the kids aroundas well as prepare dinner. Their homework load has been heavy lately, too, so can't get as much help from them. Plus, weather has taken a dive, too - cold with snow showers constantly. The time change was supposed to make it easier in the evenings. Argh!

So, all that venting to say no wo last night or this a.m.

At least the eating has been on track - not perfect but a lot more salads.

Belinda - great wo! How do you like the hair?

Heidi - is your rotation over? Don't like the way my clothes are fitting, either. It's proving my body needs strength training as well as cardio.

Morning everyone,

Didn't get home until late last night. Had a blast with DD in DC. It was easy getting our passprt, no problem at all. Now I can look for flights to Germany. DH and I planning to fligh in June/Juli. My sisters been calling me, we all wanna go for a week to Lake Garda, It. We have to get reservations soon. DH and I plan on staying for 3 weeks, 2 weeks in Nuernberg and one week in Italy. Getting excited!!

I waked almost 7 miles yesterday, I had no issue with my foot. I really think it's all Cathe's high impact. I have no problem with TF/TJ?

I love my haircut, it looks so cute. Had my hair colored and got a few highlights. Love it.

Sherry - wow, you have a lot going on. Don't beat yourself up, do what you can do. Maybe shorter workouts?
 
Heidi - good for you getting your workouts in. Sorry to hear it's been rough for you lately. Hope your load gets lighter soon (((HUGS))) Must confess, that my scale is creeping up on me too. What's up with that?
