Getting it done for March 2014!

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. My son and his fiancé are visiting us:D
I finished the P90X3, 13 week Classic rotation:eek: I will take a week recovery from P90X3, than jump right into P90X3 Lean;)

Yesterday I just got my second order from CV!

Heidi - wtg, on AB yesterday. Fantastic job, girl! Thanks for asking about the dog, he is doing great. He is feisty as ever:D Hope you had fun with Tabata Trek by Mindy Mylrea. How did you like it?

Sherry - great job on your sprints and dog walk. Carbs are my problems too. I love bread. I am getting into baking bread. I bought a bread machine a year ago, just pulled it out:eek: I will start P90X3 in a week, are you in?

I think I am all caught up with personals? If, I did miss someone…I am sorry! I will be back later.

I did the new Tabata Trek workout this morning. OMG! My legs were on fire right from the start. I have DOMS in my legs and butt from yesterdays AB. So I ended up cutting this in half for the intervals. The program starts with the bike. 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest X 8 intervals. then you move onto the floor Tabatas. same times X 8 intervals. So for each session I did 4 intervals instead of the 8 but did 8 sets. PHEW! I did close to 5miles on the bike for this one.
Its a good one and a keeper for me. :) It has some options of doing the mixed bike and floor tabatas or just bike and or floor.

Thinking ahead this will be a good one to copy for a Cathe bike and tabaticise mix. ;)

Tomorrow plan: LIS tri sets upper.

Today I am starting the Gym Style rotation. Still haven't decited with one I will start after my coffee This week is recovery week from P90X3.

Heidi - thanks for the review on Tabata Trek workout. Sounds like fun and tough at the same time:eek: I read a lot of good reviews on this one. I haven't done a Cathe bike and tabaticise workout in a long time. I don't have a bike and her tabaticse workout is to high impact with my heal spur/PF: Have fun with LIS tri sets upper today.

Sherry - fantastic job on your dog walk, sprints, and XT CBL yesterday. Can't believe you walked your dog in this weather? It's was so windy yesterday, my dogs wouldn't even go in the yard:rolleyes:

Good morning!

Yesterday we got caught up in some spring cleaning, inside, so didn't get in a formal workout in addition to the squatting, lifting and several stair runs. LOL!

Today I will do HS, which will complete my XT rotation. For the next few days it'll be runs and stretching. Then Friday is ChiRT! Getting excited!

Belinda - Great job finishing both STS and P90X3! I was looking at the Lean rotation - there isn't the traditional weight work for the most part. Maybe a change to more functional fitness is good for a short while. I need to look over the eating plan.

Heidi - great wo's lately! Tabata Trek sounds intense. Today you'll be getting upper DOMS to match the lower! Good luck with that.

LIS trisets upper is completed! :) PHEW! Seriously my biceps were so sore from last week thursdays burn sets I couldn't straighten my arms out.

The biceps in this one has helped to loosen them. On the concentration curls I went lighter.

On the Tabata Trek she shows modifications on the floor tabatas which makes it lower impact.

Belinda: Enjoy your coffee and rest week! :) Picking a rotation is always hard for me. Sticking to it is even worse. LOL! ;)

Sherry: Awesome job on your getting to the end of your XT rotation! :) Yeah I would say that spring cleaning chores give you a great workout all over too.

OK...so what is ChiRT??? ;)

Tomorrows plan: XT legs premix 2. Will have to see how this goes with my current butt DOMS! LOL!

Gym Style legs is done:D I am doing Cathe's Dec 06' Fat Loss & Strength Building rotation.

Heidi - you are kicking butt with your workouts. Good for you. Are you following the LIS this month? I need to check out Mindy's Tabata workout, since she is showing modification. Thanks for letting me know:D

Sherry - I'll say you did enough yesterday;) Enjoy your run today. I think mixing the GS with P90X3 would work. We shall see.
