Getting it done for March 2014!

Good morning!

Realized that I didn't log my wo yesterday. It was so nice I had to get outside for a run - actually made it to 50*. 'Course, tonight we're getting another snow storm through and it's going to be very cold again, so just had to get out while I could. Tonight's wo will be BS CBS - will love the burn after that.

Belinda - Great job on your wo's. Keep up the work. I'm sure you are seeing some awesome results!

Heidi - What are your plans today?

Hey Belinda! What are you up to today?

Sherry: Oh that sounds nice with warm weather and actually getting outside for a run. I would have but had a very busy work day yesterday.

Just finished XT AOLIH. ;) I did the premix of floor work and abs. I think it was #7.
Also the conditioning exercises from TA absentric.

Found that the first dvd and the last are the same for all sentrics... :/ There are 4 DVDs per set and there are 4 sets.
3 of the DVD's are the exercises and the 4th is the dance cardio. I am not much of a dancer..so I do running or other cardio types.

I am really trying to stick to an XT rotation of sorts because I haven't been doing a lot of heavier weights lately. I need it! Got excellent results from an STS/low impact series rotation before so I am doing the same now but using XT instead along with low impact series cardio.

How are you both doing? :)

Hi girls,

I did Turbo Fire 45 this morning and I just walked my dogs for 50 min.
I will do P90X3 Agility shortly.

Heidi - glad you got great results for XT and Low Impact series. Good job today. I still have XT in shrink wrap:eek: Need to open it soon.

Sherry - good job on that run outside. I enjoy the warmer weather too. Every change I get I am outside.

WO done - XT CLB. Got a little mixed up tonight and must have looked at the wrong day. But anytime I work my LB is a good day.

Heidi - You have been doing quite a dynamic rotation lately. I agree with needing heavier weights. I'd like to follow-up with STS after I finish the 90 Day XT, but not sure if I can get that much time in the day this spring - we'll have so much going on. I know - just make the commitment.

Belinda - Great wo's today! Those are both some impressive wo's you did. I'm sure the dogs enjoyed the warm weather since they got a walk. Ours did, too, but then was a wet mess from all the water everywhere due to the melting snow - and we still can't see the grass!

Just loaded my rotation into the WO Calendar. So its official looking now. HAHA! Let's see if I can stick to this one!

Today was LIS tri sets for legs today. Oh I am feeling my abs from yesterday good! Now I am already feeling today's workout! Those dixie cup moves get you good in your butt and legs!

Belinda: Nice job on your workouts and your doggie walks. :) This warmer weather is a nice change for sure!

Sherry: LOl! I get mixed up sometimes too. Nice workout last night! So which rotation are you following for XT? I am doing the XT and Low impact series one. I am finishing up wk 8 and going back to the first week next week. I am doing this rotation with a friend so I had to modify this weeks plan a bit. I am also throwing in a Tracy A. Metamorphosis program. Just doing the conditioning parts for lower body and abs.

I did P90X3 The Challenge and 10 min abs! Had a headache all afternoon, it's raining/windy here.

Heidi - never open XTrain! I will after I am done with my rotation:D Which rotation are you doing?

ShovelMax was the wo of necessity today - 7 wet inches. Also did XT CBS - timesaver since I think the UB got plenty of exercise today. Thanks to the snow, the kids were off school and I worked from home. Kept it a low key day. DH and I finally got to watch the season ending episode of Downton Abby - from a few weeks ago.

Heidi - So, how are you walking tonight? I always find it painfully humorous how the LIS wo's creep up on you - doesn't seem like it gets you that much when you're doing it, but the next day . . . I've been doing the 90-Day Undulating Rotation, and actually keeping up with it this long - I'm in week 10. I've probably done more timesaver premixes than desired, but I've figured it's better than nothing. Thinking about what to do after this rotation - now that I've proved I can stick to one. The next 3 months will be hectic, with DS finishing off his senior year and DD playing soccer for the school team.

Belinda - Only one wo today? You are slowing down. ;) How was your shopping? Any that your DH might like now that you've got him doing DVD's? I would say I can't believe you haven't opened XTain, 'cause I have some that I've never done. Like why have I never opened the Timesaver DVD? Isn't that exactly what I need? Maybe that's what I should do next, that and the original Crosstrain Express.

Hi Sherry! OMG! My butt and abs! LOL! Ya it got me good! Today was XT bi and Tri with core 2. I seriously couldnt manage the whole ab routine!!!! My abs are so sore from Core 1!
EEK! After I did Tracy A. Hip but only the conditioning part. My legs, hips and butt will be super sore tomorrow I think. Glad it is a cardio day.

Awesome job sticking to your rotation even if it is premixes. Time is a big issue for sure and having shorter premixes is awesome! :)
Nice job on your workout. Glad the kids had the day off. Makes it that much easier too.

Well I better get my butt moving...if I can. LOL! :)

WO done - XT BT. Same weight as last time, but a bit difficult . . . maybe due to yesterday's outdoor wo? Ya think?

Heidi - Don't you just love it when your muscles talk back to you like that?! LOL! Great job on keeping it up lately.

Belinda - I bet that yoga felt good after that leg wo earlier today. Does this one give you a good yoga buzz? I always feel so good after P90X Yoga, but that's 90 minutes long - way too long for the little time I have these days.

Have either of you done any of Cath'e Rock Bottoms rotations? Been wondering if I could modify one of those to fit my time schedule - but it would definitely hit the booty good.

Today I will do P90X3 Tricometrics and I don't know what else, lol!

Sherry - I think you would like P90X3 Yoga X, it's only 30 min;) No way, I would can handle 90min of yoga. I don't think I ever did the Rock Bottom rotation? I have to look at my printouts. Looks like a good one;) Nicely done yesterday.

Hi! No workouts weds and thurs. Today I did Tracy Andersons Absentric disc 1 day 1. Then the cardio (dance). Mostly jumping around...like what my sister describes my dancing as the bunny hop. LOL! Sherry: How are you doing? :/ Get well soon! Belinda: How was your workout today? Awesome job on your workouts and weight loss. LOL I do have to agree with you on those measuring cups.... You can get gladware that is like that but cheaper I am sure. Have a great evening ladies! bbs Heidi Heidi - caught your post on the old thread - redirecting you here. :) Not criticizing your dancing - I'm sure the bunny hops are cute!

I think I did that rotation on and off. Can't say I remember exactly ... Lol! I tend to jump from one rotation to another. Just terrible at sticking to just one.
I am doing good so far on this XT and LIS rotation. Made it a full week! Lol!
 
Good morning!

No wo yesterday. Was the monthly get-together with the scrapbooking gals, and I have lots of photos to sort through, so spent the evening staring at a computer screen (like I don't get to do that all day long), but it was much more fun due to the great company (and maybe that glass of wine, too).

Today I'll do XT Legs and also some cardio (maybe HS) if I can split it up enough. Getting ready to take the kids to the dentist here shortly, so no wo yet today. DD and a friend of hers did HS the other day, and they were both really complaining about their arms hurting the next day. Very cute!

Belinda - Great job on your wo's once again. I would think all your exercising would be helping you sleep. I thought about doing P90X3 due to my time constraint, but I don't think there's enough LB work in it, and that's where I need to concentrate the most. Been reading some l Bret Contreras's stuff, and I think focusing on that will help me go the right direction. Still time to think about it.

Heidi - Nice job on your run. I'm also bad about sticking to rotations, but I've actually stuck with XT for 10 weeks now (patting self on back). Want to be running outside, but weather hasn't been cooperating. maybe we are finally over that hump.

Gotta get the kids rolling. BBL!
