Sorry for not checking in yesterday, I was busy working on the house w/DH:D

Today I will start M1 W4! My last week of STS:p Almost done!

Belinda - I'm sure your hands were full this weekend. How's the pup? Awesome job on STS! Relish this last week.

My plans - on schedule for PUB, but might want to retry yesterday's run. Not sure I'll have time for both, so if the rains stops, I'll definitely be outside in the warm weather. Track starts today for DS. I really hope they don't start the season off with running in the rain.

Heidi - What did you figure out for your plans?

Good afternoon!

Today's wo plan is PUB. Probably a good thing it's UB, not LB, cause calves keep getting tight today, very noticable everytime I get up. On the good side, all hamstring issues appear to be gone.

Other plans include managing kid logistics, which will be more than a challenge over the next couple of weeks. DS has both track and scouts tonight, while DD has theater practice before getting her to her v-ball game. Nearly every day is like that. Then we get to come up for air!

Yesterday I started working out with STS #1 and had to cut it short and rush into work.

Today I finished that and started a new ad in w/o using Brazil Butt Lift (BBL) program. ;)

So the rest of the week looks like this:
weds: Disc 6 and BBL HT
thurs: Afterburn & BBL BB....if I have time
Fri: Disc 5 with BBL Cardio
Saturday: Runervals 6.0 and BBL HT
Sun: BBL BB and BBL TT

Sherry: I have an issue with my calf after Sunday's hike just a pinching feeling so I am doing extra leg w/o's with stretching to keep it from getting too tight.
Have fun with PUB! ;) Today's STS disc 1 got me already! HAHA!
You sure have a busy schedule ahead!!! Good luck to your kids in their up coming races and games!

Belinda: How are you doing today after yesterday's workout? :) Glad you got in Yoga as well this will help keep you loosened up.

Good evening,

no workout to report today:( Went down in my basement (storage room) and never came up until this evening:eek: I went through every box down there, boy do I have a lot:rolleyes: i forgot all about those boxes:confused: now all is left I need organize them on the shelfs. I am sure, I will do that again until I go through every box in the garage:confused::rolleyes:since I don't know what's all in those boxes. I found all kinds of stuff I haven't seen in years:eek: I need to get rid of some stuff:D

Once DH came home from work, we sat on the deck and had a glass of wine:p it was in the 80's today, nice!

Heidi - be careful with that pinched nerve! What rotation are you doing?

Sherry - how was your UB today? Keep stretching your calves, girl! Glad your hams are doing better.

PUB done! Did great until the pikes on the ball - at that point, my body said no more.

Heidi - Quite the impressive wo plan! I'd love to squeeze in some cardio every morning, but really would have to go to sleep long before now. And with our schedule, that ain't happenin'!

Belinda - Funny how you find how much crap you have when you move! The glass of wine was well deserved! Hope DH is managing ok until his surgery.

Tonight's plan is a run, which I'll try to squeeze in between picking the kids up from practices and heading to parent meetings at the high school - one for the HS track team and the other for the new curriculum requirements for next year's freshman. Good thing we have 2 parents!

No after effects from yesterday's wo. How are you both doing today? What are your plans?

This morning I did CCV1 and this afternoon I did D11 + extendet stetch. Ran out of time to work my abs, will do them first thing in the morning:D

Heidi - what STS rotation are you doing? The 3 or 6 month one?

Sherry - have fun with your run tonight/evening. You have a lot going on today, girl!

Run done! Only had time for 2 miles, but I did squeeze it in!

I slept in this morning, was up most the night:( I just finished Amy Bento KB surge pemix 1 (+abs and stretch). That one is so much fun!

Sherry - good job on that 2 mile run yesterday!

Hey girls!

Oi hectic these last couple days!

W/o's done so far this week:
Mon. 1/4 of sts disc 6 had to rush off to work.
Tues. 30min leg w/o plus remainder of disc 6
Weds: disc 6 legs but no bonus because I did high and tight from Brazilian butt
Today was warm up from disc 6, runervals 6.0 w/o b then disc 6 bonus leg w/o. :)

Tomorrow will be disc 5 and some cardio.

Sherry: nice job on pub and your run. :)

Belinda: nice w/I with Amy bento. I hear you big time with those mystery boxes in the basement. ;) one of these days dh and I will do a major clean out too.

Good morning girls,


Today I am finishing up the 8.5 month STS rotation:D looking forward to all my other workout dvds. I may take a week or two(?) off from working out, just to give my body/wrist a break! My plan for next week is to get lots of stretching in, that's it:p We shall see;)

Heidi - I thought you did that Jan rotation, got a little confused:eek: I still haven't decited what to do next. I guess, I have all next week to decite, right:eek: BTW, I am doing the big clean up now, so I don't have to do it later;) still haven't gone through my garage, need to start this weekend and next week!

Belinda - Great job on finishing STS! I'm sure you have some great muscles to show off for all that work! I definitely think some rest is in order for you.

Yesterday was one of those one day trips, so by the time I got home at 10, there wasn't gonna be a wo. Today I have an easy run scheduled, but tomorrow I'll need to do a double - both PLB and PUB - to get back on track.

DS was excited after cc - he can finally touch his toes! He has his dad's flexibility, so that's quite the accomplishment.

Back to work. BBL to report my run.
 
Run was done! Plus dog walks for warm up and cool down. Just had to enjoy the warm sunny weather.

The Jan. rotation is about 3 months worth so I am doing week 6 this week. ;)

So glad that you are getting some great weather for outdoor runs. :)

Yesterday turned into a rest day for me. I just had so much paperwork to do and then had to rush off to work.

Today: I just finished STS disc 5 back/tris. Great workout! Now that I am typing I can feel my shoulders kicking in even though it wasn't a shoulder workout!

The rest of the day will be the usual catch up on house stuff. Later today or tomorrow I hope to get in a run or hike with my DD. It will be in the 60's this afternoon and tomorrow in the 70's! WOW!
