Hi all!
Yesterday, before I knew it, it was 9:00 p.m. and all I had time for was a brisk walk with the dog. DD's soccer game was even cancelled. I don't know where the time goes sometimes!
Today I actually signed up for the fitness center at work and tomorrow I'll take a basic fitness test, to make sure that I'm not at high risk to be exercising. Thanks to Cathe, I'm sure I'll do just fine, even though I am not in the best shape I could be.
WO plans for tonight are to do a run. Outside. Enjoying the wonderfully cool spring like weather (~65* for a hi! Sunny! No rain!). Maybe even abs if I'm ambitious.
Belinda - Very early morning for you. Know what you mean about being tired on the hot days. After Monday's yard work in the heat, I was completely wiped out. What resistance are you using for your TB wo? Can't remember what weights you said you had with you. How are you settling in to the RV site? Have your running route mapped out? Any good scenery? How are the dogs handling all the changes? And how's DH's hip? And your sinuses?
Heidi - Nice wo today. How are those DOMS now? What are you using for your cycling wo's? DVD's? Just doing it on your own?
