Morning Sherry and Belinda! 
Well last night I did end up doing a walking workout on the TM from itread series. Good one! 
This morning was RWH Chest, shoulders and triceps. PHEW! 
Sherry: Nice job on the RWH legs!
Love these new workouts! Not so long that I end up bored and exhausted by the end.
I am currently following the Getting started rotation. On Week 3. It is a little mixed up for the reason I missed days here and there.
Tomorrow is the legs wo. 
I still have Decorations to take down as well. Bitterly cold here. YUCK!
I am with you on getting back into eating better. Eating lousy I guess has really messed up my system. Feeling Blah lately and very crabby because of it. I find it particularly hard to cook good when the boys like bad foods like pizza, subs and fried food inparticular is a killer for me. Not sure if it is the flour or oil but boy am I paying for it! My weight has jumped up as well and I am not happy about that for sure!
So my goal is: Eat better and more fruits and veggies. More Water for sure! Get in at least 5 days of workouts from RWH in the morning. Run/walk or bike workouts in the evening when it is just a weight day. So like today I will do a bike/run workout this evening.
This plan should bring me back down and be stronger as well. Hopefully with more energy! Lacking in this area as well.

YUCK on the snow! It is just really cold here but I am sure we will be getting that snow soon as well. :/
