WO done - 1 mile of sprint intervals followed by Supercuts. And squeezed in a dog walk between the laundry loads.

Belinda - Sounds like you've been busy these past days. And then you and DH doubled it up today - great job!

Heidi - looks like our wo's today were the same. Great job getting it done.

I took a walk with the dogs yesterday, that's it!

Today I am starting M3 D25 and P90X3 Week 9 - Decelerator.

Heidi - I like your mix of workouts. What results are you seeing? Sounds like you have a busy weekend too?

Sherry - wtg, on your 1 mile of sprint intervals followed by Supercuts. Hope you had a quit and relaxing evening last night.

Hi Belinda! Nice day yesterday for a walk. :) Wow you have quite the schedule for today!

I am doing pretty good and I am seeing the weight down another 2#'s. At my lowest since my DD was in High School! Wow and that is a long time ago. LOL!

I am loving these recipes that I am making from the 21 Day challenge.
Just a couple:
Ginger carrot soup
Loaded sweet potato
Trail mix for my snacks
and the green shakes are all good. :)

Today was a 3 mile run. My legs are sore from yesterday so the hills were very hard today.
I followed up with STS Med Ball Abs. Which now I am thinking that was too much seeing as I was already sore from Super Cuts. LOL! I used an 8# med ball too!

Well back to work...

Heidi, glad you doing great and congrats on your weight loss. That's fantastic! Those recipes sound good, can you please share them. Did you buy the 21 Day Challenge dvd's? I love the med ball abs, good job! Nice run as well;)

Hi all!

Monday a head cold whacked me good (the one that's been going around the family - so nice of them to share). No wo's since Sunday. Not sure If I'll be doing one today either since basic breathing is a problem.

Belinda - Great job on all your wo's! You are going really strong! How much longer on your rotations? Will they be ending at the same time?

Heidi - Not sure if it was DOMS or body aches from the cold - I ached everywhere on Monday. would love to go back to smoothies in the a.m. if it ever gets warm again. Just don't like the cold morning drink when it's in the single digits outside.

STS D37 squat rack legs and Stretch Max#1 is done. I will do P90X3 tonight with DH. I am down other 2 pounds. Since last year, I been having a hard time losing weight. I am kinda, sorta following the 21 Day Fix diet program And no, I didn't cave and bought another workout program nor did I buy those little, tiny food containers. Those are nothing but measuring cups with a lid You get so many calories for you weight, I had to go up a little since I am doing STS and P90X3. The Tally Sheets I printed of the Beachbody website Very easy to follow

Sherry - oh, no! it got you good, hah:( Hope you feel better soon and relax! I am in STS M3 W1 and P90X3 W9, block2, it's a 12 week program. I think, I am done almost at the same time:eek:

No workouts weds and thurs.

Today I did Tracy Andersons Absentric disc 1 day 1. Then the cardio (dance). Mostly jumping around...like what my sister describes my dancing as the bunny hop. LOL!

Sherry: How are you doing? :/ Get well soon!

Belinda: How was your workout today? Awesome job on your workouts and weight loss.
LOL I do have to agree with you on those measuring cups.... You can get gladware that is like that but cheaper I am sure. ;)
