Getting it done for Feb 6 - 12!!

Hi all!

Run done - 3.5 miles of intervals - and it felt fabulous! Obviously I need to heavy up on the weights, because the legs were barely talking to me all day today, just some stiffness first thing in the morning, then feeling strong this evening. 'Course, had I gone heavier, then the run may not have been quite so good.

Scrapbooking scheduled for tonight with friends, but it's our turn for to drive for DD's soccer practice (8-9:30 on Friday nights - yes) and DH has a really bad head cold. So it's me driving, then stopping by to visit the gals for a drink and chat for a short bit.

Heidi - How'd your run and abs go? My run was on the TM, just easier with so much going on. So glad we finally got one (DS is on it running now). I'd like to try BR, but so much easier to just pop in a DVD that I know.

Belinda - Hey, you are almost to recovery week, again! Way to stick with it over all! Funny about the dishes. I remember asking DH on one move whether we really needed to move the kitchen. It's always the hardest room. Sounds like you are almost there!

Shower, dinner, and head out - that's the plans here for the evening. Have a good one!

PS BBA done! Think I chose the right weights, because I couldn't do the last rep - arms just didn't have it in them.

We're getting house stuff done, then heading down the art museum and out to dinner. Glad DH got some rest to help get his head cleared up. When he's sick, it's the worse!

Good morning all!

3.5 mile interval run on the agenda for today, along with laundry, cleaning, groceries, etc. - the usual weekend. Actually have some slight DOMS in the biceps today! Love it!

What are your plans for the day? Hope it's a good one!
 
Hello Belinda and Sherry!

Busy busy here with taking my Mom out on Friday to her appointments. I then went up to NH to hang with my little Sis for the afternoon. ;)

Yesterday was the Memorial for a family friend.

Later yesterday I finally got that run and ab workout in. :)

Today I did another run using itread #12 45min.

My DD is headed over shortly and her friend will be meeting her here for a walk.

Sherry: Awesome job on your workouts!!!! :) How's the upper today? ;)

Belinda: You are moving right along in your rotation. Enjoy your rest week!

Heidi - Good job getting in your runs even with everything going on. Biceps aching today - actually a good feeling!
