Soooo wierd!!!!!I just relized someone else started Cathe's monthly rotation in the VIDEO & DVD ROTATIONS :rolleyes::confused::rolleyes: I already been doing the monthly rotations forever, LOL! What's going on?
 
Hi all!

Run done! 4 mile interval run followed by STS Extended Stretch (which is almost like WO dessert!).

Today has been a chocolate craving day, and I just went ahead and gave in. Once in awhile is ok, right? Tomorrow the GS cookies arrive, so best to get it out of my system now!

Good morning!

So to make up for yesterday's indulgence, I've already done Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Later today I'll so PS BBA. I also went and picked up the GS troop's cookie order, so SUV is full. Starting to distribute those, then DD has a soccer game this afternoon, so weights will get done this evening. DD's soccer team is good, not like her volleyball team, so athletically she enjoys this much more. But v-ball is thru school and has lots of friends on the team. Keeping her busy is the key. DS meanwhile is in winter conditioning for track, meaning he'll go for a run on the treadmill 'cause it's cold out today and the guys just don't have the desire to run together in weather like this.

Catching up on personals:

Belinda - Did the last shipment of furniture make it there yet? Can't wait to see the pics. We have the Nordictrack C1500 - had large deck, bigger motor and bigger rollers. There are higher end ones than this, but it fit our budget. Sears has them for the same price as NT's website, sometimes a little less even.

Heidi - Did you recover from the push-ups yet? That's the hardest part of M1. Are you doing STS in order, or does the rotation mix it up a bit?

Sherry: Nice job on the your workouts! :) How did your legs feel after PS legs and then your Interval run? Great description for that extended stretch!
Great to keep teenagers active and with lots of friends to join them is an added plus.
Good luck to her on the soccor garme today. :)

I am following the STS straight through but yes the real rotatin does have it mixing it up using all Meso cycles. ;)
HAHA! Yup I am feeling better after all those push-ups. WOW! I will get better at this for sure.
Yesterday was a down day for me because I wasn't feeling too spiffy.
Today I did a JM workout. I hope to get in some sort of run tonight. Just not sure what yet.

Good morning!

I did get PS BBA done last night. However, no DOMS today. Zero. In fact, none this week, even though I took the weight up and had some shaking going on.

Later today I'll get in a run. But for now I'm running around with the kids. GS cookies are here, so might need to be pushing some more cardio to stave off the temptation.

Wow Sherry that is weird on not having DOMS even with the weight increase. Maybe there aren't as many reps or sets in the PS series?
Good for you not falling into that cookie pile head first. Hehe ;) I am sure you can't wait for them to be all gone.
Have a great run tonight. Any plans for what type your doing? Have you used any itreads or CC programs lately?

I went out yesterday afternoon for a 2 mile brisk walk. I am gearing up for more runs outside so I figured I need to build up my road legs a little first.
I am feeling it a little today.

Spent most of the day doing house stuff and then had some errands to do.
Dh is now resting so I am hitting the TM for a 40 min run interval.

Run done! 4 miles of intervals.

Heidi - Great job on your run today! :) I'll following the RLRF program, which lays out the interval length. I'm sticking with it for now, since it's working so well, like no knee pain at all! Been too icy here to go outside yet, but in the next few weeks, I shold be able to start doing that for the weekend run.

As for the lack of DOMS, not sure about that. This week I'll use Slow & Heavy, so need to look at the reps and think about the weight to use.

This was my chance to jump on the computer while DS is getting ready for bed. He'll be back shortly to finish his paper, so I'll be going now.
