Today is Basic step and abs. Maybe add on a bike workout later.

Good morning!

Well, yesterday I made in back in town in time to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! However, while heading out to dinner last night, we were rear-ended. So instead of using this day off to get my list of things done, I've been working on another list with all of the follow-up to the accident. WO's are still on my list, and since I'm off until the new year, I plan to do a self-induced boot camp, not sure what and how yet.

Belinda - Think twice before you cancel! You'll not like paying the higher price when you decide that you do want them. Heck, if DH is saying keep it, then do so. He knows how many you have! :) I'm looking forward to the challenges!

Heidi - Those so-called beginner wo's can get me good, especially when I use heavier weights. They are definitely not wimpy! Keep up the great work sticking with a rotation!

Ok, time to go deal with some more car stuff, then finally start on my list of things to do. Have a good one!

I will keep my preorder. Watched more clips on FB and for some reason they look better/longer than the once on College videos. I will not buy anymore workouts dvds for a year, lol. I need to use the once I have instead adding more and more. I sitll have a lot of Cathe dvd with lot's of premixes that I haven't done. Still haven't open KCM and some of Amy Bento which I bought over a year ago. I need to count my workout dvds this weekend, lol. I'll bet I have over 200 workout dvds? Thank guys for your response, it helped! LOL!



I will do D30 today.

Heidi - Happy Birthday! Enjoy dinner with your family, whether you go out or stay in. BF is a great wo, embrace the sweat!

Belinda - Glad you are keeping XTrain. But, I do TA on having too many wo's. I wonder how long it would take me to get all through them once? LOL! And that isn't even talking premixes, which there are so many that I haven't even looked at. It's not having them, it's doing them that is my problem. Will do better this year, I promise once again.

So, today's wo done! BS (get's the heart rate up just fine!) followed by 2 mile interval run on tm, and finished with TBS#1. It's snowing, so dog will really enjoy a walk today. However, I have laundry already started and need to shower and then shop, which is how I plan to spend my day off.

So, time's awastin' while I'm sitting here. Need to get rolling. Have a good one!

Hi all!

AT done and I'm exhausted! Even had to go down to 3# weights at times cause I was getting worn out. :)

Belinda - Did you get to do CM? How was it on your new trainer?

Heidi - What are your plans for the day?

Need to go to the grocery store 'cause we desperately need food plus a few more gifts, but have not desire to get out in the crowds today. Maybe if I wait until really late?

Sorry for not checking in since Friday. Had so much to do and so little time. I never did Cycle Max on Friday, ran out of time. Did the Expess premix yesterday. Felt good getting a cardio workout in.

Sherry - well, I am using my DH's racing bike on the trainer:confused: had a liitle trouble getting on and off.:confused: I guess, I have to get used to it.I didn't do the hover where you stand up on the bike, did everything sitting. I did get a nice cal burn. AB has a dread factor for me, good job.

Heidi - what are you doing today?

Sherry: Great job on AT! ;) I totally agree with you on not wanting to get out into the crowds and long lines! I have some grocery things to pick up as well. Now that you mention that I am debatting until later this evening. ;)

Belinda: Great job on your bike workout! Standing on the bike is hard and probably a good idea to wait until your foot is better. You get a great workout sitting and just increading the tension or speed. :)

Had a run yesterday and today is yoga or.... ;) Depends on how I feel after the last minute errands. It may call for a cat nap first. :)


If I don't get back until after Christmas I want to wish you both and your family's a safe and Happy Holiday. ;)

HiiT 30/30 done! Feels so good to get that out of the way. Still need to wrap everything, and get a bit more food in the house, but things going along smoothly, which is keeping the stress down.

Belinda - It's been awhile since we've played Wii. I do remember the surprising muscle aches afterwards. So surprising how that can be a wo! Enjoy your time with the family!

Heidi - Nice job on the run. Did you ever get that yoga in? What about that shopping?

I decited to do AB the 30 min premix, what a mistake! My foot is killing me since last night. I been resting my foot since 2 weeks:confused:, I am not getting any better. I guess, I have to stick with the bike for now.

I will do D31 and abs.

Heidi - I am sweating buckets on the bike. I know I get a good workout in without the impact. Feels great to get a cardio workout in.
