I decided on Pedal Power premix timesaver #3. Man this burned up my legs! Not used to biking! LOL!

Sherry: Awesome job on your workout yesterday! :) I am sure it felt great too.

Yeah it does help with stress to get in my workouts. I feel all out of sorts if I don't. I was a big procrastinator yesterday about doing legs so opted for the bike workout. I have to laugh....that was harder than what I was suppose to do! My legs were fried by the end and it was only 35min!

So here I am up early and heading for my intended workout from yesterday. Tri sets legs here I come! :)

Then a 3.28 miles hill repeat run. PHEW!

Quick post: wo's done - dog walks, D8, and sprints. That was in-between laundry (I actually hit the pause button instead of letting Cathe continue to work out while I switched loads), groceries, some house cleaning, and running kids around. Exhausted!

Heidi - LOL about the hard bike ride. And then you followed it up today with more LB work? A bit sadistic?

Belinda - Hope you had a nice weekend.

Had a busy weekend DH and I did lots of stuff around the town/area we live. Tomorrow DH and I are going to a concert, I am excited.

Today I am starting the 2 week of Low Impact series plus P90X3 week 4.


Sherry - good job with your workouts this weekend. You starting week 3 today? I have to admit, it was tough doing P90X3 Isometric after CVX:eek: Note to self, will not do that again:p


Heidi - your comment made me laugh about doing a bike workout instead of legs:eek: That's something I would do:p WTG, girl. Good luck with your move.

So no workout today just a busy work day.

I have to admit that I have some good lower body DOMS. Yup Sherry a little on the sadistic side. LOL!

Belinda: Not sure what I was thinking on the bike wo. Just silly and then to do tri sets lower body the next day???? LOL!

Nice job on your AB workout. Have a great time tonight at the concert! What are you seeing?

I had AB on tap for today but really...? I think I will skip that one for now until my legs loosen up. ;)

Sherry: Great job on not letting Cathe get ahead of you... ;) Awesome job working in housework and your workout all in one. :)

Good morning,

I will do P90X3 Dynamix before I leave to DC.

DH and I will see a concert tonight in Silver Springs MD. I am going to Zuccero, he is an Italian Blues/Rock singer. He is very famous in Europe. Been wanting to see him for years. DH got us VIP tickets This is Zuccero and Pavarotti: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrBn2c6wj1I So excited. He sings with Sting, Joe Cocker, Andrea Bocelli, Paul Young, Andrea Bocelli and the list goes on.

Heidi - good job yesterday. Any DOMES yet? Have fun with AB today. I have DOMS in my legs?

Hi all!

Yesterday was a rest day. DD had a soccer game across town, so barely enough time to get home from work, grab food, and head out. I am getting rather weary of sitting in cold, wind, and sometimes rain/snow. Really want spring to get here.

Tonight's plan is to start my 4th week of M1. Having fun with it, though diet a bit off. Still, better than it was. Need to get more running in.

Belinda - enjoy that concert! Good planning to get your wo in before you leave.

Heidi - did you push AB back to today?

Back to the job. BB tonight.
 
WO done - dog walk, D10 plus 1 mile easy run. Decided the core worked hard during all those push-ups so no planks tonight.

Just finished my workout for today:
TRI Sets Upper
Then a trail run via TM. 2.28 miles. This was a steady pace with moderate hills. Nice!

Cant remember if I checked in yesterday... LOL! Anyway I did AB but only 1 Set instead of 2 of each interval. My right butt cheek was pretty sore! Weird.. ;)

Hi all!

WO done - decided to do Lean Legs and Abs tonight. That was a good workout for as late as I finally got the chance. Just a few more weeks of this craziness.

Heidi - Nice job today on weights and a run. Weird about the butt cheek hurting. Didn't know it was engaged that much for that wo.

Belinda - How was the concert?
