I did mine and then rushed off to work.

So I did X3 isometrix (LOVED IT!)
Then a TM workout: 2.37 miles

Just right for today. By this afternoon I was feeling my upper body especially across my shoulders.

Off to see the results of the Boston Marathon. :) I missed the whole thing on the news today. I usually watch it with my DD but we both were working today. :(

On my TM it has a workout for day of the last 5.83 miles of the race. I have it scheduled for the 30th. :)

Heidi - thank you! So what workouts will you do, since you are selling most of your Cathe dvd's? I am glad you like P90X3:D I love them. Good luck on the 30th:eek: That's a lot of miles.

B & G premix " Leg Blast" is done. Forgot all those leg presses:confused: I hate leg presses. I just don't know what to do instead? I have a leg curl/extension, maybe I will do that instead?

I had this really nice, long update typed out on my phone, and when I hit submit, I lost my internet connection and hence everything that I typed, so here goes again . . .

Yesterday, no wo - got home at 9 p.m., and then dinner and bed. Tonight will again be no wo, but at least today I'm eating clean. Don't even want to know how many calories and carbs I ate with Easter and then the leftovers. But today it's back on track. However, no wo again 'cause DD has a soccer game. Mantra - clean eating!

Belinda - Great job as usual on your dual rotation! I think the Cathe Live would be worth the subscription, but we don't have our wo area electronics set-up to receive the feed, so I'll be holding off for now. She talked about the online subscription at the RT, and it does sound nice. However, for now I'll stick my DVD's (I still haven't tried the new ones I just bought). And I don't mind leg presses, but push-ups are a whole nother story! Maybe try the leg curls - targets the same muscle.

Heidi - Oh, what race are you doing? How long? Have you ever been to watch the Boston marathon in person? I can only imagine the atmosphere. A friend ran it yesterday, and I can't wait to hear all about from him. As for diet, cleaned it up a lot since starting STS (excluding Easter and the day after), and already think I'm seeing a difference. Been diligent about tracking it (for a change). Keeping the the Heirarchy of Fat Loss pholosiphy (oldie but goodie), so diet first, then if I only have 2-3 hours to wo, it's strength (hence STS), and if I have a bit more it's HiiT (hence sprints). If more than that, I'm probably forgetting something that I should be doing otherwise. LOL!

Sherry - I hate then that happens! Have fun at your DD's soccer game this evening. I doubt I will sign up for Cathe live TV anytime soon. I have way to many unused/still in shrink wrap DVD's, I have to go through them first. I was thinking about leg curls too. Did that actually a few times in STS:eek: I been do many push ups in P90X3, they don't border me anymore:p I do them all on my toes too.

Yesterday I did XT Burn sets: Chest, Back and shoulders. Oh I felt the burn alright!

Today's plan is Cardio Supersets.

Sherry: Sorry about your wo schedule not panning out. Are you able to get in your early runs?
Great plan on the eating clean! Diet really is most of the issue with dropping weight. Exercise is great for added calorie burn and toning.
How about walks around the edge of the field during your DD's game? I used to do this when my DD was racing.

I am not going to a race this is a TM program from Ifit that they have. So I scheduled the run for the 30th. ;) It is over 5 miles of the last part of the Boston Marathon. I guess it is suppose to be the worst part of that race. Will See!

Belinda: Awesome job on Warrior and have a great one today with GS and X3 yoga! :) Not sure if I could hold the yoga poses after doing an intense upper body workout. HEHE ;)

Hey Heidi, I break my workout up. Do my weight lifting in the morning (most times) and in the evening I do P90X3. My UB is pretty strong:eek: Have fun with SS today.

WO done - was supposed to be D7, but as I went to get it from the shelf, Great Glutes shouted out that it wanted to be the wo today, so I complied. I have a sneaking feeling that although this wasn't an intense, I will be feeling it tomorrow.

Belinda - Great job for all those push-ups on your toes! How did you manage to hold the yoga after doing GS's earlier in the day? You really must be getting in awesome shape. How's your DH keeping up?

Heidi - Cool that iFit has such a program. That should be a fun run - maybe you should try to do it in person some time. ;) I knew this spring would be rough for scheduling wo's. I'm not getting in anything in the morning 'cause I need the sleep. But when the school year is over, I should be able to come up for air.

Today Cathe's rotation calls for 30 min steady state run plus B & G Premix: Floor work and abs. Tonight I will do P90X CVX. I think I will skip the 30 min cardio this morning:eek:

Sherry - fantastic job on D7 yesterday. So how did you like GG? You feeling your Glutes today? I did that one a few times, have to agree with you…not that intense. I like the barre wo at the end.

Today's workout is yesterday's lol. ;) I ended up rushing off to the bank and then work for the rest of the day.
So today I did cardio supersets. I only did sets once through instead of twice. Sort of dragging this morning. After I did a TM run for 2.41miles. That was a good one! Starts off at 4.5 speed and a 5% hill. Then climbs up to 5.5 speed and hills alternated. Highest hill 9.5%! EEk

Sherry: Nice job on your workout yesterday! :)

Yeah I should do that Boston run for real someday... ;)

Belinda: Nice job too on your workouts and breaking them up to do part in the morning and the other in the evening. If I had the ambition or energy in the evening I would do the same. By the time I get done for the day I just want to collapse.

Well speaking of getting into work. I better get moving here!

Hi all!

Been a crazy schedule around here this week - I did know it would be - so hard getting in wo's. Barely time to walk the dog. However, tonight I did have time, so decided to go for the legs with D7 - apparently I want to work them since it's the second time this week. I wonder what an all leg STS rotation would look like?

Belinda - 2 P09X3 wo's in one day? How'd you have the energy? And can you move this evening?

Heidi - I'd say you weren't dragging too much if you did a run after the cardio supersets "warm up".

LOL! I guess maybe once I get moving into a workout it wakes me up enough to continue. ;)

Yesterday was XT burn sets for bi/tri. PHEW!
Later I did a Z Butt series workout #4. Then a 2.5 miles run on the TM in Meath Ireland. ;)

Belinda: Nice job on your X3 workouts! Also your workout the other day with B&G. That one is a burner and you would have been tired after for sure. :)

Will let you know when the move is upon me! Things have to sort out with the work/business issue first. One way or another things are going to change here...

Sherry: Nice job on D7 legs! LOL! Now that would be interesting to see what would happen if you did do STS leg rotation. :)

Today is trisets lower body. Maybe a run and abs after or later....
