OH NO SHERRY! Sorry to hear that but it was great that you could have another delivered so quickly!
I hope you had a great nights rest so you can start the day fresh today.
I took yesterday as my rest day and really needed it for sure. I ended up doing errands up to the Home Depot for trim paint etc. I then spent the rest of the afternoon/evening with my aunts. It was really good to see them and catch up.
I came home really late and ended up watching 2 Alfred Hitchcock shows with DH and son until well after midnight.
Woke at 3am with a bad headache and took my meds. Up by 8am and feeling better but really rung out. I had planned on Turbo Barre but not sure if that will happen at this point.
I am feeling some good ab and upper DOMS from last weeks workouts. LOVE IT! Oh! I have lost 6#'s now!!!!!!!! So syched!!!!! I am almost back to my original weight from 3 years ago before all the stress hit me like a ton of bricks.
My eating is better and not having that glass of wine or two every evening is helping I am sure.
So my goal is to keep up with at least 5 days of workouts which I think is really helping in all areas...stress reduction, strength increase and weight reduction.
Sherry: I hope your busy schedule gets more manageable soon! Although I do have to say...enjoy your kids while you can because the time does fly all too fast. Before you know it they will be out and on their own working or in college.
Belinda: How is your DH doing? Thinking of you!
