getting fit after pregnancy

I would like to know the best wourkout routine to get back in shape after having a baby. I am due in 4 weeks, but I want to begin a workout regimen as soon as I can to get back in shape. I have gained 30 lbs. and I weighed 114 lbs. when I got pregnant(I am 5'5"). I would like to return to this weight sooner than later, but I also want to use the most effective methods. I used to workout to your show on t.v. before and I loved how challenging you make each workout. You motivated me more than anything else ever has. I would really appreciate any help and advice you could offer.
