getting back on track ...

I've been eating like a pig the last couple weeks ... geeshhhhh ... time to get back on track.

I'm taking a few of your suggestions and trying a cathe rotation. Never done a rotation before, but I need some motivation to get back on track. ;) I'm going with the April '07 rotation to start - the Intense Cardio, Heavy Lifting & Clean Eating plan.

I have a lot of Cathe's dvd's but didn't have everyone needed for this rotation, so .... dum, de, dum ... retail therapy! ... haha, I went out and ordered GS chest and tri, GS back shoulder and bicep, Hard Core Extreme and Pyramid upper/lower body. Whoo hoo!! (I figure I'll start the rotation when the dvd's arrive, hopefully soon!)

Got a couple questions though. TIA for any help. :p First, on week two of the rotation, Monday's workout is "High Step Training," which I don't have. What's a good sub for that? (I do have High Step Challenge)

Second, how did everyone like this rotation? Did you find it kicked your butt? Just curious about the results you saw. :p

I haven't done this particular rotation (sounds like a good one!), but HSC will sub fine for HSTA.

I just tried to view the rotation from the original index of rotations and just got the regular threads ask cathe open discussion etc. How did you view any of the rotations?
