That's great ! I'm so glad we'll have that place to talk about it - I don't know about you , but I'm really bad at the whole ,' tell us about your hopes and dreams in a paragraph ' , stuff . I did try to introduce myself , but some of the others seem much more comfortable telling their stories up front than I do . As for the hip thrusts , I feel the same - sometimes it really locks in there and other times , I've hit 60+ reps and I'm just starting to feel it .

The elevated bridge feels better to me too - and really takes the stress off my knees .
