Gear help, please!

I am on the hunt for two pieces of gear that are very hard to find:

• a backpack that is small, hugs the body, can fit my work clothes, a lunch, a bottle of water (or hydration pack), and my wallet (I would use it for power walking and running to work).
  
• expedition hiking boots for women that are wide width with motion control (stability) and comfortable for long treks over many days

If anyone knows where I can find either of these things in Canada, please let me know! I usually shop at the MEC (LOVE the MEC!), but they don't seem to have these precise items.

Hello. I buy all my stuff at REI. http://www.rei.com/ They have really great hiking stuff and out door stuff. I'm pretty sure they'll ship to Canada but you'll probably pay more. The selection of hiking gear is great esp hydration packs and day packs because they have women specific gear.
