I took your advice and did the Original Bootcamp Core Only premix twice in a row last night.

All I have to say is....OWWWWWW!!!!!!!

I can't move today!!! YIKES! I can't wait to try others and do them twice in a row. I think on Saturday I'm going to do MM abs (my favorite!) two times and see how much pain THAT creates! I never, ever get DOMS in my core--I love this feeling! Thanks for the idea!!

Yeah....I TOLD YA SO!!!!!! I'm still sore today! I almost whimped out on my ab/core work this AM because the DOMS are just unbelievable!

What ab routine NEXT....TIMES 2?}(

I read that this morning and I have abs tomorrow I was going to do it I never even thought to do them twice I never have a burn anymore I always thought why don't they make longer ab routines anyone can answer this for me

Hi, Beth. I often wish that ab workout were longer also! I do LOVE the Core Max DVD, and use that quite a bit. I've recently started doubling up on some of the ab sections, like original Boot Camp.

I very RARELY EVER get DOMS in my abs, so I am quite pleased with myself for doing BC 2x!

I did BC core today in your honor, Gayle!! Didn't have time to do it twice, dealing w/ 2 sick kiddos!! :-(
